UK and Hong Kong Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience across accounting, finance, and education. Holds an MBA from Scotland, UK.Brings extensive expertise in financial management, institutional planning, and cross-border business operations. His background supports the development of structured, sustainable frameworks within international education initiatives, ensuring operational integrity and long-term scalability.
Extensive experience navigating the university landscape in China, supporting international students in aligning with accredited academic programs. With academic training in the United States, she offers a globally informed perspective that bridges educational systems. She guides students through program selection, academic planning, and transition preparation, ensuring alignment with their academic background and long-term goals. Lucy holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from Vanderbilt University and supports Bridge Across Education’s mission of expanding access to structured global academic pathways.
Over a decade of experience living, studying, and working in China, with direct insight into international higher education systems and cross-border academic pathways. Holds a BA from Morehouse College and an MA from Beijing Language & Culture University (BLCU). Focused on expanding access to structured global higher education opportunities, with an emphasis on academic alignment, language development, and student transition into international learning environments.
Adam Ruiz
International Education Consultant
Experienced AP History educator with over five years of international teaching experience in China. He has prepared students for college-level coursework and supported placements at universities including Cornell, Brown, NYU, and Ohio State. Brings expertise in cross-cultural academic preparation and curriculum development, including piloting AP African American Studies. Having supported students transitioning from China to U.S. institutions, he provides insight into the reverse pathway, guiding U.S.-based students in navigating academic opportunities in China.
